Mohammad Naeem
 A dedicated businessman and social worker with a passion for education. Over the past 35 years, he have been actively involved in various philanthropic initiatives, focusing on providing educational support to underprivileged students through NGO, Delhi Youth Welfare Association (DYWA).
He founded DYWA on December 6th, 1990, with the aim of empowering students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Since its inception, our organization has been working tirelessly to provide essential educational resources to those in need. Every year, we distribute textbooks to approximately 700-800 students in Delhi, ranging from classes 8th to 12th.
He also founder member of Hazrat Shah Waliullah Public Library, established with the vision of creating accessible learning spaces. Our libraries in Delhi and Nuh, Haryana, boast an impressive collection of over 25,000 books in English, Hindi, Urdu, Persian, and Arabic. These libraries serve as hubs for learning and community engagement, offering students and researchers a conducive environment to pursue their academic interests.

What We Achieved
Today DYWA has been successful in providing education to over 32,000 students. With many of our students excelling in their respective careers, our students are studying at some of the top universities like Delhi University, IO University JNU and of the world, including SOAS, Oxford, and dropout rates substantially. We have brought up, guided, and taught over 30,000 children in the last 33 years. Many CBSE toppers today are our students.
